[Delivery and Payment]
Please note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations for "specific arrival date" items after purchase. For all other items, we can accommodate your request if you contact us via the inquiry form at least 3 days prior to the delivery date (or 4 days prior for addresses in Hokkaido, the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, Kyushu, Okinawa Prefecture, and remote islands). Please understand that requests for changes or cancellations made after these deadlines cannot be accepted.
We do not include any documents showing prices, such as statements or invoices, in the package.
We use Yamato Transport for deliveries. If you are not at home, a "missed delivery notice" will be left for you. Please contact Yamato Transport directly to request a redelivery.
If a redelivery request is not made within the Yamato Transport holding period (3 days, including the delivery date), the product will be returned to the shipping facility and discarded. We cannot provide a refund for the order in such cases, so please ensure you are available to receive the shipment before placing your order.
We do not offer same-day delivery.
For orders placed by 12:00 PM, you may select a delivery date starting from the following day for Honshu (excluding the Chugoku region), and starting from two days later for Hokkaido, the Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kyushu regions, as well as Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands.
All deliveries are handled by Yamato Transport.
